If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FantasMall account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, assembly tools, and instruction manuals included to ensure it arrives back safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
